Sewan continues its international expansion with the acquisition of the German operator 42one

As a major European player in telecoms and cloud services, it Sewan has been able to impose its business model to become an essential tool for companies wishing to simplify their communications. A pioneer in indirect sales in its sector, the group has launched an ambitious international development project that has resulted in several acquisitions in recent years. After the acquisition of Vozelia in Spain, then 3StarsNet in Belgium, the group is Sewan continuing its external growth in a difficult economic context.

 

A new step has just been taken in Sewan the constitution of its international physical network. The group has just announced the acquisition of 42one, a German operator of cloud-based telecommunications services that employs 16 staff based in Berlin. More than 200 companies today use their solutions and technical expertise. 42one, which will soon become Sewan Germany, will be a major asset in Sewan approaching this new European chapter.

Strategic support for approaching the German market

The teams present in Berlin will be in charge of distributing all the solutionsSewan. The group will thus be able to benefit from operational and strategic support on the German market. The tools offered, and in particular Sophiaa 100% automated portal, are undeniable assets to address the highly competitive German market," says Thomas Reinig, CEO of 42one.

 

Address national markets appropriately

Sewan wishes to address national markets in an appropriate way thanks to a differentiating business model, and thus strengthen its proximity to its partners wherever its solutions are distributed. The group relies on a dedicated white-label indirect system to make life easier for its partners. The white label is also part of 42one's DNA. Through this acquisition, Sewan brings a very complete product catalogue but also its expertise in distribution.

 

A particular economic context

The finalization of this acquisition takes place in an unprecedented context. "We did not anticipate a final remote signature between Sewan and 42one. This makes this acquisition a little special for us. But this situation is not a source of concern for the future of the company or our international development strategy. We are confident that economic activity will pick up again," concludes Alexis de Goriainoff.
