Retrospective on 2019: a busy year for Sewan!

If 2018 had been a good year forSewan, what can we say about 2019? Indeed, the last twelve months have been marked by strong moments and some very fine achievements. Fasten your seatbelts for this time travel that looks back on a rich year for the Sewanians as well as for our partners and clients.

Our partners occupy a special place in this retrospective. And with good reason: they are at the heart of our product design, from sales support to customer service and marketing automation. They have always been an essential part of our ecosystem and our DNA. In 2019, as part of our continuous improvement of our relationships with our partners, we have made new tools available to them!

?special partners... a good dose of know-how?

One of the highlights of 2019 will have been the discovery by our partners of the brand new space dedicated to them. The architecture of our partners' area has been completely rethought taking into account the needs that they have directly brought to us. Our partners talk to us, we listen to them. On the agenda: new features, advanced customization, white-label video tutorials, and more and more content to guide and support our partner network!

But we didn't stop there. We also decided to use our Studio Paradis. Wondering how? 2019 was marked by the launch of a platform Masterclass dedicated to partner training. As a result, since December, experts Sewan have been taking turns (online, on site or live) to share their technical, sales and marketing knowledge with our partners.

We have made the strategic support of our partners one of our priority missions. And if there is one subject that required special support in 2019, it is the end of the PSTN. To answer all their questions, we have created a section entirely dedicated to the end of the PSTN on their dedicated space.

And as nothing beats live exchanges, last year was also punctuated by numerous events in Paris and in the region. We have made a good resolution 2020 to renew these meetings. You will soon be able to add partner days and new workshops to your agenda. We will tell you more about it very soon.

We are very proud of the ties we have built with our network of partners over the years. As we enter a new decade together, we would like to take a minute to thank you for your trust and collaboration. Let's go back for another 10 years?

?Priority to direct product?

We are committed to offering products that will meet every professional's needsSewan. But our goal is to stand out from the crowd, to stand out from the crowd. It's in order to stand out even more from the crowd that we launched many new products last year. Starting with 4G access links ! This offer allows you to benefit from value-added services such as fixed IP or advanced firewalling functionalities. In 2020, being connected has never been so easy!

Another new feature in 2019: the New generation user selfcare in white label. More fluid, more intuitive, adapted to mobiles and totally customizable... This new version of User Selfcare will, we are convinced, be an ally in the daily life of our partners for more autonomy in all their missions.

If you regularly follow our news, you couldn't miss the launch of our new Contact Experience solution. We are proud to have made this product possible. This set of scalable and scalable solutions increases the efficiency and quality of customer interactions. Wouldn't we be on to some very good news?

⛱ Pack your suitcases, Sewan exports

For some time now, we have been looking beyond the borders of France. Feel like travelling? Not only that. We first packed our bags in Spain. Now that we're well established there, we said to ourselves: why not Belgium? So our external growth accelerated in 2019 with the acquisition of 3StarsNeta reputable Belgian operator in the VoIP and is due to become Sewan Belgium in a few months.

But where will we stop? That's a difficult question to answer today. But we can already tell you one thing: in 2020, our external growth strategy will accelerate with new openings in Europe very quickly.

?Sky is the limit ?

All the projects carried out in 2019 - with and for our partners and customers, on our products or our external growth - have accentuated our conviction and our desire to go even further.

In 2020, we therefore wish to strengthen our ties with our partners and customers, attract new ones, offer them new functionalities, launch ever more innovative and high-performance products, and grow at national and European level. We intend to achieve this, in particular thanks to the record fundraising by the end of 2019.

We are very happy and proud that Kartesia has decided to trust us with this fund raising, the largest in France in the telecom sector last year.
