Sewan reinvents the Cloud and Telecom model in Belgium

On the strenght of its expertise in France and Spain, Sewan is launching in Belgium with a unique model based on indirect white-label sales and close proximity to partners and clients. Through a broad catalogue of products and services, Sewan offers unrivalled flexibility to cover all a company's Cloud and Telecom needs and support that makes all the difference. Its objective? To become one of Belgium's leading operators in B2B, following the acquisition of Belgian operator 3StarsNet a year ago.

3StarsNet becomes Sewan : an opportunity for Belgian partners and customers

3StarsNet officially takes the name Sewan and expands its catalogue with all the services and platforms of the European operator. Partners and customers will be able to acquire new innovative products in the fields of Voice, Connectivity, Hosting, Security and Unified Communications. All this in a tailor-made ecosystem for indirect and fully automated sales, already used by more than 1,000 partners and 75,000 customers in Europe.

"We are very happy to become Sewan, here in Belgium! Our solutions portfolio has already grown considerably and offers real opportunities to our partners by bringing them new expertise! Thanks to these innovations, weaim to recruit 50 more partners in 2021! "says Julien Kutter, CEO of Sewan Belgium.

In today's environment, companies must reinvent the way they communicate internally and externally, better secure their data and networks and ensure maximum continuity of service. Sewan gives them access to a range of offers that are essential to continue the digital transformation, with ease. From Teams Telephony to data hosting in the Cloud, via secure and supervised access links to the management of Hosted Telephony in a new-generation dashboard, partners can give their clients and users the tools and services that correspond to all their day-to-day needs.

A clear expertise : an automated model and colourful white label

The model represents a break from traditional approaches. At the center of attention is the successful experience of the customer and the end user. This support translates into a reactive contact person who knows all the solutions deployed with real expertise. This proximity makes all the difference and is of enormous value to customers, impossible to find through the heavier structures of large operators. All of this, with the aim of simplifying the use of Telecom & Cloud services on a daily basis.

Sewan is a complete ecosystem for partners who share the adventure of digitalisation: Sophia, a unique platform on the market, but also numerous sales support tools and local support.

Sophia enables partners to manage all services for their customers and employees. This unique platform, 100% automated, has been designed for indirect sales in order to make it easy for teams to become autonomous. In just a few clicks, it enables them to order products and solutions, automatically invoice their customers and parameterize all services in real time.

Since its origins, Sewan has made the white label a central element of its development strategy by offering its partners tailor-made content, adapted to their targets and all their communication channels. To accompany this white label, a Partner Space is available to them to create personalised campaigns, learn about products via interactive Masterclasses and find all the information they need to focus on their business and growth.

The Sewan teams cultivate a sense ofproximity and commitment to all partners. This support has been structured in a program called Sewan 360. It includes a range of technical, sales and marketing support in order to be present on a daily basis throughout the network and to best serve the needs of clients and users.

A strong ambition on the Belgian territory

In anticipation of the launch this autumn, Sewan signed a key partnership with Proximus this summer, enabling it to rely on the operator's mobile, FTTH, Fibre and xDSL infrastructures. The agreement signed enables Sewan to use the Proximus network as an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) to offer mobile B2B solutions to its customers and to begin deploying its converged unified communications services by the end of 2020.

"Thanks to the integration of Belgian experts in our teams, we have succeeded in creating a tailor-made infrastructurefor our partners! Our engineers have worked together to offer all their expertise to provide the full range of Sewan solutions in Belgium, in terms of voice, connectivity or hosting. A successful human adventure that promises more innovations to come for all Sewan customers and users," explains Stanislas de Goriainoff, Sewan's CTO.
