Sewan Belgium launches its new mobile offer in partnership with Proximus

At a time when telecommuting becomes more widespread, the mobile equipment of employees is becoming a central issue for companies. What about continuity of service in all circumstances? This new mobile offer, designed by Sewan Belgium and its partner Proximus, meets the need for mobility.

The combination of Sewan's expertise and Proximus' infrastructure and telecom network has resulted in an optimal mobile telephony solution. Entirely designed for all professional needs, this new offer is both intuitive and differentiating.

Sewan Belgium's new mobile offer includes unlimited Voice and SMS/MMS services and Data up to 50GB. The offer is active on 4G and 5G networks. Sewan is positioned as one of the first operators to offer 5G packages to professionals in the country. Although the deployment of 5G in Belgium is still only marginal, this only confirms the innovative aspect of this solution.

In terms of functionalities, Sewan Belgium's mobile offer includes, among other services, visual voice mail, dual call, conferencing and presentation of the incoming number.

In addition, the mobile phone offer also meets international requirements. The package offered includes regulation of communications throughout Europe and the "international & roaming " functionality: for calls from or to any country.

This new mobile offer is flexible and scalable. It is driven by the Sophia interface. The heart and soul of Sewan, this platform makes it easy to manage and configure the package: contract characteristics (Data capacity, 4G/5G package), ordering SIM cards (with triple cutting for total compatibility), managing options, etc. In addition, with portability, it is possible to keep your existing mobile number.

Thanks to the myselfcare.be dashboard, developed specifically for the white label, Sewan's partners can offer their customers mobile packages in their name. The interface is fully customizable (visual identity, domain name...) and easy to manage. Also available as a mobile application on iOS and Android, myselfcare.be also allows you to track your mobile (and fixed-line if you have a bundled offer) and to monitor your out-of-plan usage.
