Polycom VVX 500

The VVX 500 is a multimedia phone with exceptional sound quality. Its colour touch screen and embedded applications make its use very intuitive. For example, it is equipped with visual voicemail. It can easily become a professional videoconferencing tool with its optional high-definition camera.

14 Hz HD sound

Polycom 14KHz HD sound technology covers a frequency range comparable to a good quality Hi-Fi system. Echoes and crackles are eliminated on the speaker and in the handset. The sound is crystal clear and the comfort of use is unique.

Videoconferencing

With the high-resolution 720p video camera, the VVX 500 instantly transforms into a desktop video conferencing tool. Plug&Play installation takes only a few seconds, no settings are required to use this function.

Call recording

The user can easily record telephone conversations on the fly. Simply connect a flash memory device to a USB port on the phone.

Colour touch screen

The 3.5-inch LCD touch screen brings a new experience making navigation more intuitive. The use of the visual keyboard, the easy access to the company directory or the visual voicemail gives it an ergonomics close to that of a smartphone.

Visual Voicemail

Thanks to its colour touch screen, the phone includes a visual voicemail. Voice messages are presented in the form of a list with the names of the callers. One press, and you're listening to your messages.

Integration with the Sewan telephony suite

Users can initiate, answer a call or monitor multiple phones from their computer. Telephony is natively integrated with other services such as corporate instant messaging or email.
