Transparency reports
Regulation (EU) No. 2022/2065, Digital Services Act (“DSA”)
In accordance with Article 15 of the European Regulation of October 19, 2022 (DSA), SEWAN BELGIUM publishes an annual transparency report.
As an intermediary service provider, SEWAN BELGIUM reports on its content moderation activities, the measures implemented to process notifications of illegal content, and the requests and injunctions issued by the competent authorities of the Member States of the European Union.
This transparency report covers both internet access services (ISP) and hosting services offered by SEWAN BELGIUM (the latter involving, for example, the provision of public IP addresses), insofar as they fall within the scope of the DSA Regulation.
SEWAN BELGIUM's transparency reports are published annually. Each report remains available to the public for a period of five years from its date of publication.
